Happy New Year gang! I know I’m a little late, but I had to do some REAL self-reflection. I had to make concrete decisions to change for the better, and I had to be in a genuine space of acceptance for change.
If I had to describe my 2014, it was a year of unexpected challenges and growth. It was a year of pause and reflection. I was a year of change. All of these things can be a good if you know how to meet the challenge head on, and if not, those challenges can be the breading ground for fear to grow. Going into 2015, I want to push myself beyond the acceptance of fear and grow to be all that I am capable of being.
