Here is how you make an easy and natural sleep tea using romaine lettuce

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 romaine lettuce hearts
  • 1 half lemon or lime
  • sweetner of choice
  1. Boil bottoms halves of your romaine lettuce in water for 15 minutes

  2. Strain water into cup

  3. Add lemon/lime and sweetener

  4. Enjoy!
