This is the perfect kind of pie not to feel guilty about eating, because it is filled with a superfood that aids in mood swings, fighting cancer, burning fat, and reducing risk of heart attacks.
So, pull up a fork and enjoy a big slice of Blueberry Pie. It is time to celebrate!!

The Easy Blueberry Pie Recipe
This is my take on the classic Blueberry Pie with only 7 ingredients! Full of flavor that will have everyone think you took all day in the kitchen to make it.
Ingredients:

1 Wholly Wholesome Pie Crust

2 1/2 Pints of Fresh Blueberries

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons milk or cream

1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Turn on oven. Bake for 375 Degrees
- Whisk lemon juice and milk, slowly sprinkle in 4 tablespoons of flour, until smooth. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Add blueberries, and stir to coat. Let sit for about 5 minutes until it is set. Pour into crust.
- Place pie in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes
The Blueberry Delight Recipe
This is a Wholly Wholesome Recipe that will give you a fresh approach to the pie we love! The Blueberry Delight Pie is a spin on the classic that has a cream taste with less bake time.
Ingredients

1 Wholly Wholesome Traditional Organic Pie Shell

3 cups fresh blueberries

2/3 cup granulated sugar

8 oz. cream cheese
-
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
-
1/2 cup powdered sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat oven according to your recipe.
- Remove pie shell from freezer, allow to thaw.
- Combine blueberries, sugar and 1/2 cup yogurt in your food processor and process until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, remaining 1 cup of yogurt, powdered sugar and vanilla and use an electric mixer to combine until smooth.
- Add the blueberry mixture to the cream cheese mixture and beat on medium to combine.
- In a separate bowl, add heavy cream and use your mixer to beat it until it turns into whipped cream.
- Fold the whipped cream into the blueberry mixture and carefully combine.
- Pour the blueberry pie filling into crust.
- Freeze the pie until solid, about 3-4 hours. Enjoy!.
