  3. It increases relaxation and enhances circulation

How to Yoni Steam

What You Need for Steaming:
  1. A pot to boil water
  2. 8 cups of water
  3. 1/4 cup of herbs
Yoni Steaming Steps:
  1. Pick herbs that align with your self care/ health goal
  2. Steep herbs in boiling water for 5 minutes
  3. Let pot cool to desired temperature
  4. Sit on pot of 30- 45 minutes

Use a blanket to wrap around you create a steaming space, and grab your favorite tea to create a self-care space.
