I was catching up on my Super Soul Sunday today, and I had to stop in my tracks and create some word art.

Oprah was speaking on how it is important to speak life into your situation, and how growing up she had to memorize Phenomenal Women by Maya Angelou for a church speech. Little did she know, that every time she would say this poem to herself throughout life she was giving life to the words.

I took notes, and I am now taking intentional steps to speak life into my situation. Even in those bad times, and am finding the words that I need to continuously say to myself throughout the year that I know hold truth.
