My Endometriosis Journey with Beets
Being pain-free with endometriosis is not easy, but with beets, it is a lot easier! Having had my share of ups and downs on this journey for over 15 years, I have learned more about chronic inflammation and ways to reduce stress while being pain-free for 4 years. I started adding beet juice to my diet 7 months ago, and since then, I have been able to limit the amount of vitamins I have to take daily.
On my journey, I noticed that I have been able to replace my old “pre-cycle” pain regimen with beet juice. I would make a week’s worth of beet juice and drink 8 – 10 ounces of juice daily before the start of my cycle. It helped in a major way!
Months later, I was able to cut back on how often I drank beet juice and slowly started adding it to my diet in delicious ways.
