Easy Quarantine Meal: Healthy Salmon Grits Recipe

If you are looking for an easy recipe to remix your leftover salmon, like myself, I have an easy salmon and grits recipe for you! It is perfect for breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner.

Salmon and grits is filling and always a crowd pleasure in my house. But, don’t just stop a salmon. Grits can serve as a great base for any leftover you had the night before. Chicken, shrimp, sausage… you name it! Top it off with some fresh tomatoes, chives and/ or green onions and you have great meal on your hands!

  • 1 Cup Instant Grits
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Cheese
  • 1 Handful Green Onions
  • 1 Handful Tomatoes
  • 1 Salmon
