Today is the last day of Endometriosis Awareness Month! Even though this month has been crazy with COVID 19, I felt like it was important to shed a little light on the issue with my new series — Ask the Endometriosis Doctor!

It was only right to start this series this month because Endometriosis has played a major part in my life, and is one of the main reasons my platform focuses on health.

In the first part of this series, I am asking the doctor who diagnosed me with Endometriosis, Dr. Hawkins, key questions that are often asked about this chronic illness —

Questions about Endometriosis

  • Signs of Endometriosis
  • How To Self-Advocate for Your Health
  • What are the Types of Laparoscopy Surgeries?
  • How Do I find the Right Surgeon?
  • How do you know when your pain isn’t normal?

Here is the complete playlist to answer these questions:

So here you go! The four part video series with Dr. Soyini Hawkins shedding light on Endometriosis.

Signs of Endometriosis

Knowing the signs of Endometriosis is important if you are looking for a diagnosis for period pain you are experiencing, on a fertility journey, or on a journey of being pain free.

Hear from a doctor about Endo and how she describes the signs of Endo you should be looking out for on your health journey:
