It’s time to snack healthier fam! If you are looking fore a healthy and delicious snack, this is for you. Flourless brownies are both healthy and delicious. This recipe was made for my Endometriosis Diet, but everyone in my family loves them.

Flour & Sugar Replacement
We are simply exchanging regular flour for almond flour. And replacing white sugar with coconut sugar.
Doing that takes out the 2 major ingredients that can cause inflammation.
Coco Powder
We are using 100% Coco Powder which is actually great for your body when trying to manage inflammation pain.

The reason by flourless brownies are so great is because it is a great way to curve your cravings towards healthier options. This desert recipe is has been the gateway to removing white sugar from by diet and getting use to the taste of coconut sugar.
Note: If you are making this for the first time, try using half white sugar and half coconut sugar. Doing that will allow you to have the taste that you are use to while introducing something new to your palette.
The first time I made these, I did half white sugar and half coconut sugar. The second time I made them, I used all coconut sugar and I could taste the difference!
Flourless Brownies Recipe
This is an easy and delicious flourless brownie recipe made with almond flour.
- 5 tbsp Melted Butter
- 2 cups Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1` tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Coco Powder
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- Coconut Oil Cooking Spray
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease pan with coconut oil cooking spray
In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the melted butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, cocoa, and eggs.
Mix in the almond flour and baking powder.
Spread batter into pan.
Bake the brownies for 25 to 35 minutes. Use tooth pick or butter knife to check if brownies are cooked through.
Let brownies sit and cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
