Plan Customization

Each custom health plan will come with a guide day plan that outlines comes the following for each day:

1. Food recipes and pantry guide
2. Vitamins list
3. Herbs list
4. Tea and Yoni Steam recipes

The custom women’s plan is a 5 step process:

1. Complete your health survey emailed upon purchase
2. One week later, download your custom plan to follow
3. One month later, complete your progress survey
4. Two months later, download updates to your plan
5. Three months later, complete your exit survey
