Healthy fam, it’s time to make some protein packed Sea Moss Milk that your entire family will enjoy and your body will that you for doing! This is a simple and tasty way to get you reap all the health benefits of Sea Moss in the morning while not missing out on protein food in regular milk.
This is an east plant based milk that I love to make and use for the family cereal, coffee/ latte’s, and even for a cream substitute for one-pot-dishes.
This milk is similar to the Jamaican Irish Sea Moss Drink that most seaweed lovers know and love. Check out Good Food Baddie’s recipe, here.You can make this milk in two different ways. You can simply blend Sea Moss gel to any of your favorite plant based milks, or your can make it from scratch.

Health Benefits of Sea Moss
Our body needs minerals to stay healthy, and Sea Moss has 92 minerals that builds our body immune health. And if you are dealing with a chronic pain disorder like Endometriosis, adding this to your daily regiment could make a drastic difference in your pain levels.

Side Effects of Sea Moss
This amazing seaweed has a lot of amazing health benefits. But, like everything, there are a few unwanted side effects that you have to weigh out. Sea Moss is rich in iodine. - Hemp Seeds
- Coconut Milk
- Vanilla
- Agave

Sea Moss Milk Recipe
This seaweed milk is perfect milk substitute that replaces traditional milk. Packed with protein and flavor, this will be your family’s new favorite milk for daily use with things like cereal and coffee.
Sea Moss Milk
Easy and delicious Sea Moss Milk that is packed with protein. This is a great plant based substitute for regular milk.
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 cup Dried Sea Moss
- 2 cups Spring Water
- 2 cans Coconut Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Agave (to taste)
Soak Sea Moss and Hemp Seeds in Spring Water for at least 6 hours.
Blend Sea Moss, Hemp Seeds and half of spring water in blender
Add Coconut Milk to blender
Add Vanilla Extract to Blender
Taste and add Agave to taste
Store in the refrigerator for a week
