If you’ve landed here, you’re probably carrying a lot.
Maybe you’re healing from endometriosis or chronic pain.
You could be a mom trying to pour into everyone and still remember to eat.
Maybe you’re craving solo trips, long hot showers, slower mornings, and a body that doesn’t hurt all the time.
You’re In The Right Place.
PinkProverb is where I share how I’m rebuilding my life, health, and peace while still showing up for work, motherhood, and myself. This is your gentle corner of the internet for healing routines, soul-care, food that actually helps your body, and women-centered wellness travel.
I’m Kyla, the woman behind PinkProverb and Healthy Kyla on YouTube. I live with endometriosis, juggle a full-time job, single motherhood, and a big vision for a softer, healthier life. I created this space so you don’t have to figure it all out alone the way I did.
What You’ll Find On Pink Proverb
Everything on Pink Proverb fits into four core pillars:
- Endometriosis and chronic pain relief
- Anti-inflammatory food and healing recipes
- Solo wellness travel for women
- Healing words, journaling, and daily rituals
My goal is simple: help you feel a little less alone, a little more supported, and a lot more equipped with real tools and routines you can actually use in your real life.
Who This Space Is For
You’ll feel at home here if you are:
- A woman living with endometriosis or chronic pain who is tired of being dismissed and wants practical relief, not just theory.
- A mom or caretaker who is always “on” for everyone else and needs gentle, realistic ways to take care of yourself too.
- A woman craving solo wellness trips, retreats, and rest-filled adventures but wants to feel safe, prepared, and supported.
- A woman going through a spiritual and emotional reset, leaving old patterns behind and learning to finally choose herself.
If any of that sounds like you, keep reading. Let’s find your path.

- Pick one path above that feels most urgent.
- Choose one freebie to download from that path.

Tiny moves count. They add up.
About Me: Kyla, The Woman Behind Pink Proverb
I built Pink Proverb in the middle of real life: hospital visits, working full-time in education, being a mom, managing endometriosis, and navigating major transitions in love, family, and identity.
For years I was the helper, the fixer, the one who did the emotional and invisible labor for everyone else. I stayed, I tried, I overperformed, and I lost myself.
This space is me choosing something different—and inviting you to choose different too.
Here, I share:
- What’s actually helping me manage endometriosis and chronic pain.
- What I cook and drink to support my body.
- How I’m rebuilding my life through solo wellness travel and soft experiences.
- The journal prompts, affirmations, and rituals that help me process grief, anger, guilt, and hope.
If you want more of the behind-the-scenes side of my life and routines, you can come hang out with me on YouTube at Healthy Kyla and on pinkproverb.com where I share deeper dives, guides, and tools.
