Vegan Elderberry Gummies Recipe

Ingredients

4-5 Tamarinds 1/4 cup Dried Elderberries 2 cups Spring Water 1/4 cup Agave 1/2 Lemon as needed 3 tbsp Agar Agar Note: If you don't want sour gummies, don't add tamarinds!

1. Boil Tamarind in water 2. Add Elderberry to let steep 3. Strain mixer 4. Put back on the stove and slowly mix in Agar Agar. (Mix in the amount Agar Agar for your desired firmness)

Steps

Elderberry Gummies

Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until gummies are set.
