It is rich in antioxidants which can help relieve oxidative stress in the body, supports chronic disease prevention, and helps reduce inflammation.

Here is what you need to make a Beet Sunrise that will help ease the root taste in beets:
1. Oranges 
2. Beets
3. Key limes or limes
4. Date syrup or honey to taste
