Endometriosis Diet | Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats is a great way to start your morning is you are looking to follow an Endometriosis Diet. A simple, quick and easy recipe that is packed with protein, fiber and vitamins.
- 1/2 Oats
- 1/2 Almond or Oat Milk
- 2 tbsp Chia Seed
- 4 tbsp Nuts
- Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Honey
Mix oats, milk, chia seed and nuts in a jar or bowl. Set in the refrigerator overnight for at least 6 hours.In the morning, sprinkle blueberries, cinnamon, and honey on top!
