How to Make Coconut Milk with Flakes

Protein Coconut Milk

Here is an easy coconut milk recipe that is pack with protein.
Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups organic coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsps honey to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut flakes, hemp seeds, vanilla and water to a blenders
  • Strain milk using a cheese cloth
  • Refrigerate for one week
