Protein Coconut Milk
Here is an easy coconut milk recipe that is pack with protein.
Prep Time 15 minutes mins
- 2 cups organic coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 5 cups water
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsps honey to taste
Add coconut flakes, hemp seeds, vanilla and water to a blenders
Strain milk using a cheese cloth
Refrigerate for one week
