Sea Moss "Apple Sauce"

This is a healthy apple sauce recipe that is just Sea Moss! It is packed with health benefits and a great taste that even kids will enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Dried Sea Moss
  • 2 cups Spring Water
  • 2 Peaches
  • Agave for sweetening

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak your Sea Moss in Spring Water for at least 45 minutes. If you can let if soak overnight.
  • Add your Sea Moss to Blender.
  • Blend with Spring Water slowly until you have desired consistency.
  • Add cut up peaches to the blender and mix well with Sea Moss.
  • Add agave to sweeten to taste.
