Sea Moss "Apple Sauce"
This is a healthy apple sauce recipe that is just Sea Moss! It is packed with health benefits and a great taste that even kids will enjoy.
- 1 1/2 cup Dried Sea Moss
- 2 cups Spring Water
- 2 Peaches
- Agave for sweetening
Wash and soak your Sea Moss in Spring Water for at least 45 minutes. If you can let if soak overnight.
Add your Sea Moss to Blender.
Blend with Spring Water slowly until you have desired consistency.
Add cut up peaches to the blender and mix well with Sea Moss.
Add agave to sweeten to taste.
