Strawberry Bee Pollen Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp bee pollen granules
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3-4 whole strawberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mash the sliced strawberries with a fork until they release their juices. If you prefer a smoother consistency, you can blend the strawberries into a puree.
  • Steep bee pollen and steer until granules dissovled.
  • Combine strawberry puree and bee pollen tea in a cup
  • Optional: If you like your tea a bit sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey and stir until it dissolves.
  • Optional: A teaspoon of lemon juice can add a refreshing citrusy note to the tea. Stir it in if you prefer a tangy flavor.
  • Serve hot or cold over ice.
