Strawberry Green Tea & Chasteberries
Easy, refreshing and delicious Strawberry Green Tea & Chasteberries recipe for Menstrual Cramps, PMS and hormone balancing.
- 1-2 Teaspoons Loose Leaf Green Tea
- 1 Cup Water
- 2-3 whole Strawberries
- 1 Teaspoon Honey or sweetner of your choice
Prepare the Strawberries: Wash the strawberries thoroughly. Hull them (remove the green leafy part) and slice them into thin pieces.
Muddle strawberries with honey or sweetner of your choice
Steep the Tea: Place the green tea bag or loose-leaf tea in a cup. Pour hot water over the tea. Let it steep for about 2-3 minutes. Green tea becomes bitter if steeped for too long, so keep an eye on the time.
Combine: Once the tea has steeped, remove the tea bag or strain the loose leaves. Pour the mashed strawberries (with all their juice) into the green tea. Stir well.
Serve: Your hot strawberry green tea is ready.
